Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will represent a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and mental health needs, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. You will be expected to deliver culturally competent care, adapting your approach to align with the unique experiences and narratives of each client. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in mental health settings.

• Strong crisis intervention skills combined with the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
