Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and family units, providing targeted support for mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Partner collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, facilitating progress through regular monitoring and adaptations as needed.

• Provide compassionate crisis intervention, ensuring client safety and offering immediate strategies to navigate acute emotional distress.

• Maintain comprehensive, secure, and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all state and federal compliance standards.

Qualifications\n

• At least two years of experience delivering counseling services to individuals and families.

• Proven ability to create rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds through strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Experience\n

While the base qualifications are essential, preference will be given to candidates with experience in pediatric therapy, family therapy, or trauma-informed care. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems will also be beneficial in ensuring seamless session delivery and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
