Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and experiences.

• Utilizing clinical social work and counseling interventions, develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on client assessments.

• Regularly communicate with fellow staff about patient assessments, treatment interventions, and outcomes through well-documented notes and meetings such as patient rounds.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, collaborating with hospital staff and community resources to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Ensure the ethical and timely completion of documentation as mandated by departmental protocols and regulatory standards.

• Integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities into your sessions, empowering clients to work towards their personalized service plans.

The Mental Health Counselor will engage with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
