Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental, emotional, and relational well-being, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Formulate tailored treatment plans that reflect individual client needs and goals, engaging them in the decision-making process to ensure collaborative care.

• Provide individual therapy sessions for clients of various ages, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and promoting deeper connection within relationships.

• Regularly revise treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and progress evaluations, adapting strategies to meet changing client needs.

• Maintain meticulous and updated client records, including session notes, treatment plans, and progress documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic, coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing appropriate de-escalation techniques and therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in therapeutic approaches, clinical techniques, and mental health policies.

• Advocate for client rights and well-being, equipping them with the resources necessary to make informed decisions about their treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This LMFT position serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
