As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Resilient Serene Whisper Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices, taking the patient's preferences and needs into account.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices to safeguard patient confidentiality and maintain high-quality records.

• Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with a diverse treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to design and deliver coordinated patient care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, enhancing professional development while ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Qualifications\n
