Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ presenting issues, history, and treatment objectives, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy, during individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Collaboratively work with clients to develop and modify personalized treatment plans, actively monitoring their progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines to create a safe and trusting environment for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
