Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance use and mental health history.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
