This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to deliver services from the comfort of your own home. As a full-time therapist, you will work more than 30 hours per week, with the option to tailor your schedule to fit your needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and ethical counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate skill-building workshops, helping clients establish new coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication skills.

• Collaborate with other professionals, as necessary, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with primarily consist of stable adults with low-acuity mental health concerns. You will provide valuable guidance tailored to each individual’s circumstances, promoting wellness and resilience. Our clients often seek assistance with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with the capability to provide therapy independently.

• No disciplinary actions on your professional record, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practice.
\n
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in navigating digital communication tools.

• A stable and reliable Wi-Fi connection to ensure uninterrupted therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy and working with diverse populations is highly desirable. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt your approach to meet client needs will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
