Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to engage with clients and colleagues from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will have access to various virtual tools and platforms designed to support Telehealth consultations, including secure video conferencing software and electronic health records systems.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with treatment teams to create, present, and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Lead clinical case conferences, contributing insights and recommendations to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.
\n
• Facilitate educational lectures focused on chemical dependency topics, empowering clients with knowledge and tools to manage their challenges.
\n
• Provide individual and group counseling focused on substance use disorders, using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Offer comprehensive case management services, including resource coordination and referrals to external supports, ensuring clients access the services they need to thrive.

As an LCSW at Willow Tree Therapy Group, you will primarily serve a diverse population of adults facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.

• Active and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or clinical setting is required.

• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with an emphasis on developing personalized and adaptive treatment plans.

• Proficient in applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, or EMDR, to inform client treatment options.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
