Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of clients.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing therapy both in-person and via telehealth platforms.

• Document clinical sessions, including treatment plans and case notes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate services and provide holistic support to clients.

• Utilize creative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life.

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging proactively with clients, addressing their concerns, and fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, each facing unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California.

• Proven experience in completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
\n
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate meaningful interactions with clients and team members.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and adapt to a variety of personalities and backgrounds.

• Capability to pass a background check as part of the hiring process.
