Work Environment\n

This role offers a remote work setting, enabling you to provide quality care from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional office environment ethos. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver impactful therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops designed to foster community support and address prevalent mental health issues.

• Engage in a multidisciplinary approach by collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring rapid and effective response to support our patients.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, potential treatment paths, and available community resources to empower informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, emphasizing your commitment to professional excellence.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Virginia.

• Strong knowledge base in mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques, underscoring your capacity to provide sophisticated care.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment strategies that yield measurable outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, reflecting your skills and experience in the field.
