Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs. Following these assessments, you will create and implement tailored treatment plans that meet each client’s unique situation and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and groups utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy, adapting your approach to suit the client's needs.

• Participate in regular case consultations with other professionals to discuss client progress, share insights, and coordinate care effectively.

• Provide timely and effective crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring safety and emotional support during critical times.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and stigma reduction, enhancing the visibility of our services within the community.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for establishing strong therapeutic relationships and trust with clients.

• A demonstrated commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity, allowing you to work effectively with diverse populations.

• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, including a proficiency in managing detailed documentation and maintaining accurate client records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
