Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health challenges. Use standardized tools and evidence-based methods to inform initial treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider each client's unique circumstances, strengths, and recovery goals.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, drawing upon evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of your clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness strategies.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to offer integrated care that ensures comprehensive support for each client.

• Educate and support clients' families, promoting their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process, fostering a holistic approach to mental health recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist.
