Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and evaluations using approved clinical tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), to create individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique cultural and personal needs.

• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, providing evidence-based interventions and strategies to foster mental health improvement and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and other necessary clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental protocols with state-of-the-art technology.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to design comprehensive treatment strategies that outline goals, expectations, and tailored care plans reflecting the best path toward recovery.

• Develop and implement treatment objectives collaboratively, ensuring they align with patient goals, while intervening in areas concerning safety and symptom management.

• Act as a resource for patients, coordinating referrals and establishing a robust network between patients and treatment providers, nurturing collaborative relationships with other clinicians and referral agencies.

• Provide mentoring, educational workshops, and guidance for interns and volunteers, fostering a learning environment that supports professional development.

• Engage in peer-review activities, clinical collaboration, and chart auditing as directed by your clinical supervisor, contributing to team growth and understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually.
