Sales Director

WFS Group is a fast paced, high performance sales agency that provides a "done for you sales" service to our clients, focusing on sales in the alternative education industry. We build and manage sales teams that sell transformative programs such as business consulting, real estate investing, and other high‑ticket educational services. Position Overview The Sales Director leads a small portfolio of key accounts, overseeing pipeline management, coaching, reporting, and operational improvements. The role blends leadership, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive growth and maximize sales performance. Qualifications Experience managing sales teams in the high ticket alternative education space (required) Extensive experience in lead generation based businesses Strong ability to manage both the qualitative and quantitative aspects of sales (culture, training, performance metrics, KPIs, and quotas) Proven track record of driving efficiency through tech stack optimization and process automation to reduce revenue leakage Understanding of sales enablement; able to contribute to sales material development Leadership skills that motivate high‑intensity sales teams Comfortable with sales technology, CRM systems, and data‑driven spreadsheets Capable of establishing a feedback loop with marketing Thrives in a fast‑paced, energetic environment and continues learning You Should NOT Apply You are not an independent thinker You lack real experience managing high‑ticket sales teams with deep data analysis and forecasting You have not managed a team of at least five sales reps You cannot learn and master CRM systems and reports You are clueless about lead generation fundamentals Frustrated easily, seeing challenges as obstacles rather than puzzles You are not teachable and do not seek personal development Major Roles & Responsibilities Evaluate lead flow ratios and rep capacity daily Collaborate with marketing teams on lead flow initiatives to ensure profitable ROI on ads Monitor sales reps’ pipelines for best lead management practices Identify and prevent missed opportunities through CRM monitoring Run daily sales syncs and create training materials for the Sales Training Center (STC) Enforce adherence to sales process SOPs and analyze call recordings for training purposes Strategize deals with reps to increase sales and maintain projections and quotas Track performance and make data‑driven decisions, driving revenue ownership Reward and feature standout reps, review end‑of‑day reports, and attend account status meetings Serve as the resident expert on product knowledge and sales enablement assets Communicate staffing needs based on capacity & performance, and assist recruiting in hiring and onboarding new reps Compensation Pay: $120,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year Bonus opportunities, commission, and uncapped commission structure.
