This role is entirely remote, allowing therapists to connect with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' substance use behaviors and accompanying mental health issues, ensuring that individualized treatment plans are developed based on each client’s unique needs.

• Create and implement tailored therapeutic strategies, addressing both addiction-related concerns and co-occurring mental health disorders, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive atmosphere that encourages open dialogue and healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors and case managers, to coordinate care and ensure all aspects of a client’s wellness are addressed.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, promoting engagement in the recovery process and enhancing support systems.

• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations, and ensure comprehensive documentation of treatment plans and sessions to comply with licensing and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A current license in California as one of the following: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
