Overview SP+, a Metropolis company, is an artificial intelligence firm that uses computer vision to enable checkout‑free parking experiences. Employees power mobility at over 4,000 locations across North America and Europe. Responsibilities Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices. Maintain records by microfilming invoices, debits, and credits. Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information. Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries. Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deduction procedures. Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinate monthly transfers to accounts receivable; verify totals; prepare reports. Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential. Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Qualifications Prior accounts receivable experience preferred. Knowledge of computer systems and solid PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the company, vendors, and customers. Ability to read and understand journal entries and the flow of information through a general ledger. Excellent research, problem‑solving, and interpersonal communication skills. Detail‑oriented, well organized, self‑motivated with the ability to multi‑task.
