Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs and challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere for clients to share their thoughts and concerns.

• Create and document personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals, ensuring that all actions align with ethical best practices.

• Maintain accurate client records and complete required documentation within 24 hours after each session to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in regular peer case consultations, discussing complex cases and seeking guidance to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Stay current with mental health trends and research to incorporate new methodologies that may enhance client progress and satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult individuals and couples seeking therapy for a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related matters. As a mental health counselor, you will build trusting relationships with your clients and use evidence-based practices to facilitate their growth and healing process.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar credentials.

• Proficient with technology and comfortable conducting therapy in a virtual format, utilizing various telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is required, ideally working with diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
