Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote positive change.

• Execute detailed assessments akin to biopsychosocial evaluations to gather critical information from clients, which informs personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our client management system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Engage with clients through ongoing communication and feedback, adapting treatment approaches based on progress and emerging challenges.

• Stay updated on the latest mental health research, effectively incorporating new knowledge into treatment strategies to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field, is required.
