Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate the ongoing biopsychosocial needs of patients, identifying their specific needs and problems, and determining appropriate treatment interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Provide professional individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy as clinically appropriate, working collaboratively with clients to foster positive change.

• Actively engage as a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions and interactions among participants to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Collect and document patient data in compliance with program and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate and thorough record-keeping.

• Adhere to agency policies and ethical standards, maintaining the highest level of professional integrity in all clinical endeavors.

• Collaborate with inpatient teams and other outpatient professionals to provide triage evaluations and crisis intervention when necessary.

• Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to maintain up-to-date patient records efficiently and effectively.

The LPC will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing a broad range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 105,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses.
