Our standard workweek runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a balanced professional life. The remote structure is designed to support productivity while enabling our counselors to engage with clients in their preferred environments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments: Evaluate the psychological and emotional needs of elderly clients, formulating tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments.

• Provide individualized and group counseling: Facilitate therapy sessions that address the unique emotional challenges faced by seniors, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

• Educate caregivers and families: Develop resources and training for staff and family members to enhance emotional support for clients, promoting strategies that improve overall quality of life.

Compensation and Benefits\n
