Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Vertex Behavioral Healthcare, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions and provide crisis intervention for clients, assessing and treating emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Consult with families and support systems to identify treatment needs and create comprehensive discharge plans tailored to each client's situation.

• Document client progress in compliance with organizational policies by meticulously maintaining clinical and progress notes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Actively engage with physicians and other healthcare professionals to communicate updates regarding client progress, needs, concerns, and other relevant information.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in developing tailored treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments, integrating established counseling methodologies.

Qualifications\n
