Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a busy logistics environment. This role focuses on providing excellent service to clients, managing incoming and outgoing communication, and assisting with general front-desk coverage when needed.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients to provide updates, resolve questions, and ensure a positive service experience
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls while making outbound calls as needed
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in company systems
- Provide occasional front desk coverage and assist with receptionist duties for short periods when needed
- Support general administrative and operational tasks related to customer service
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a professional manner
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Opportunities for significant overtime are frequently available for those who want additional hours
- This role offers exposure to the logistics industry and the opportunity to develop valuable customer service and operational experience
