Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing our therapists to maintain flexibility while providing essential mental health services. As part of an integrated outpatient team, you will engage with colleagues in virtual meetings and consultations, ensuring seamless collaboration in patient care. Our practice operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as patient needs arise. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly within an integrated care framework, is strongly preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions for patients with complex medical and psychiatric issues will be a plus, as well as prior experience in crisis intervention.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
