Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of pediatric patients to assess mobility issues and physical limitations.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and recovery objectives.
• Regularly monitor and document the patient's progress using our electronic health record system, including creating SOAP notes and progress summaries.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, potential challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
• Engage in inter-disciplinary teamwork, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic treatment for clients who require multiple services.
• Advocate for our clinic's culture and values, contributing positively to our dynamic work environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient demographic, including children with developmental disabilities, adults recovering from surgeries or injuries, and seniors needing mobility assistance. Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must have:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
