Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations including assessment of patient history, performance of specific tests, and detailed documentation of results to shape tailored rehabilitation plans.
• Explain evaluation findings transparently to patients and families, facilitating collaborative goal-setting that aligns with patient needs and expectations.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols derived from evaluation findings, adapting to changes in patient condition and healthcare practices.
• Engage in consultations with interdisciplinary healthcare teams when necessary, ensuring integrated care that addresses all aspects of patient health.
• Document care activities accurately and on time, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge planning, painting a comprehensive picture of the patient's treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
