Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a comprehensive and holistic view of patient care through regular case discussions and coordination of treatment plans.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a wide-ranging patient base, including individuals dealing with conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
