Key Responsibilities\n

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Applying various mental health therapy techniques and interventions tailored to the unique needs of individuals and families, with the aim of alleviating emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to inform treatment planning and develop initial discharge strategies.

• Facilitating individual, group, or family therapy sessions as dictated by the treatment plans.

• Coordinating and revising treatment plans while integrating necessary additional services as warranted by patient progress and feedback.

• Maintaining detailed documentation of all therapy services provided, ensuring adherence to facility and professional standards.

• Managing a diverse caseload while participating in treatment team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on care strategies.

• Exhibiting professionalism and empathy towards clients, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring an understanding of patient safety as a paramount concern.

• Performing miscellaneous functions and tasks assigned by the team to support the overall objectives of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work primarily with adolescents and adults grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Your role will involve creating a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their challenges and envisioning a positive change in their lives. By prioritizing the therapeutic alliance, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys while reducing stigma and promoting a better quality of life.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as required by the state of Texas.

• Strong foundational knowledge and therapeutic skills in mental health treatment, particularly with populations including children, adolescents, and adults.

Preferred Experience\n

We value candidates with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly those who have worked within telehealth environments. Experience in developing treatment plans and conducting group therapy is a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
