Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses and develop customized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Meet with clients regularly through telehealth sessions to monitor progress, adjust therapy approaches, and provide continued support.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address client issues, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for participants to explore their feelings and experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve serving a diverse client population, ranging from young adults to seniors, each presenting unique challenges. You will address various mental health disorders, helping clients navigate their feelings associated with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapy techniques and client engagement.

• Proficient understanding of various mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and the application of culturally responsive interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
