This approach ensures our services are comprehensive and individualized, allowing therapists to engage patients in familiar surroundings, which can significantly enhance their motivation and treatment outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed assessments of patients' medical histories and current physical conditions, ensuring a thorough understanding of their specific needs.Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and patient education to facilitate recovery.Utilize advanced manual therapy modalities, including trigger point therapy and dry needling, to alleviate pain and expedite healing in patients.Educate patients and their families on effective body mechanics and at-home therapy exercises to foster independence and ongoing recovery.Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on response and changing needs to achieve optimal outcomes.Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facilitating seamless inter-professional communication.Patient Population / Client FocusYou will work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and those living with chronic conditions. Your ability to engage with patients across different age groups will be crucial as you create and adapt therapy programs that address their unique challenges. Emphasizing a hands-on approach, your work will help empower clients to take an active role in their rehabilitation process, ultimately improving their overall quality of life.QualificationsA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.Strong understanding of orthopedic principles and rehabilitative practices.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably with a focus on orthopedics or outpatient care.Experience working with a range of patient demographics and conditions, showcasing adaptability and multifaceted treatment strategies.Proficiency in applying a variety of therapeutic techniques, with an emphasis on manual therapies.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
