Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to meet the needs of each client.

• Provide guidance and support to clients in managing activities of daily living, which includes assisting with shopping, meal planning, and transportation to appointments.

• Monitor and report on clients’ mood and progress, ensuring that therapeutic interventions align with their goals while adhering to safety protocols.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive plan of care for each client, sharing insights and updates regularly to facilitate their growth.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and coping strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery process.

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide reminders and assistance for medication management, ensuring that clients adhere to their prescribed treatment regimens.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be a diverse and multicultural clientele, including youth and their families. You will be addressing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California is mandatory.
