Browsi is a data intelligence company helping brands, agencies, and publishers make smarter, more effective decisions across the digital landscape.
We're looking for an experienced Account Manager who enjoys working closely with clients, serving as a trusted advisor, and demonstrating the value of our product. The ideal candidate is data oriented and brings a strategic mindset focused on identifying opportunities and driving client growth and long-term success.
What You'll Do:
- Own strong long-term relationships with global accounts, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and delivering growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by deeply understanding their business objectives and aligning Browsi's solutions to meet those goals.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue and retention targets
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and be able to create a strategic plan for each client based on recent performance to maximize client ROI and contribute to revenue expansion.
- Manage multiple accounts with precision, ensuring timely communication, clear reporting, and swift issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (TAM, PA, Operations, R&D, and Sales) to ensure smooth onboarding, product adoption, and client satisfaction.
- Lead F2F client meetings, including presentations, etc.
- Lead external syncs and Monthly/QBR meetings.
What We're Looking For:
- 23 years of experience in a client-facing role as an Account Management or Customer Success Manager - Must
- Experience in the Ad Tech industry - Must
- Experience in a SaaS company - a big advantage
- Programmatic knowledge- preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Proven ability to work with data and derive insights to support client decision-making
- A proactive, can work independently, problem-solving mindset with a strong "can-do" attitude
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
