Day-to-Day Impact * Maintain service utilization above 90% and track permanent schedules for assigned clients * Monitor client service hours, staff availability, and address cancellations promptly * Coordinate make-up sessions, reschedules, and additional service time as needed * Maintain staffing logs and support recruiting efforts, including interviews and onboarding

• Track new hire training and coordinate Day 1 schedules
• Triage staff and client concerns and provide timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with policies, HIPAA, and scheduling regulations
• Support administrative and scheduling department operations, including audits

and reporting Who We’re Searching For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience
• Minimum 6 months scheduling experience
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Customer-service oriented with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a high-paced, performance-based environment
