Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strengths-based assessments for new patients and their families, considering unique cultural backgrounds and individual needs.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities to address the specific concerns and goals of each patient.
\n
• Manage administrative duties including billing, documentation, creation of individualized treatment plans, and completion of insurance authorization forms within designated timelines.
\n
• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety and wellness plans, and relapse prevention strategies to support clients in maintaining stability during challenging times.
\n
• Create comprehensive discharge plans that ensure a smooth transition to community resources or follow-up services as needed.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as agency policies, to ensure compliance and high-quality care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and maintain licensure, including participation in case consultations and agency meetings.

• Complete all mandatory training requirements, staying informed about best practices and advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele comprises individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Clients come from diverse backgrounds, and as such, we are looking for an adept communicator who can engage with and understand our patients' unique experiences and challenges. Your work will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and facilitate meaningful change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field resulting in licensure.

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with significant experience in telehealth practices and a demonstrated ability to work with a variety of mental health diagnoses will be prioritized. Understanding of evidence-based therapies and cultural competence will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
