Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health status effectively.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they receive personalized care based on their unique challenges.

• Regularly schedule therapy sessions to provide ongoing support, utilizing a range of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices.

• Monitor clients’ progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary, maintaining thorough documentation in our EHR system.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, focusing on shared experiences to foster support and connection among participants.

• Work closely with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards and maintain client confidentiality at all times as per HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating expertise with various populations and conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
