Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Los Angeles-based premium denim market leader, AG Adriano Goldschmied, is seeking an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the company's overall operations. This is a full-time, in-person, onsite position. Responsibilities Assist new employees with benefit enrollment such as 401(k), healthcare, and all other relevant tasks relating to employee benefits. Manage all employees’ time leave. Responsible for new hire orientation. Coordinate job postings, conduct resume reviews, and interview candidates. Enforce company policies. Act as a liaison for all departments. Assist with building maintenance and operations of the facility. Assist the Vice President with submitting purchase orders, following up on order status, and deliveries. Support trademark review activities. Assist the CEO with special projects as needed. Represent the company professionally. Qualifications Fluency in Korean & English required to support executive communications and cross‑functional collaboration. Bachelor’s Degree. 1+ years of relevant experience. Ability and willingness to assist in any manner required. Proven effective communication skills. Ability to collaborate across multiple departments. Experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. Benefits Medical insurance. Vision insurance.
