Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health concerns and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide psychotherapy services through various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients during acute episodes of distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff to create a comprehensive care approach for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment possibilities, and community resources, advocating for their needs within the healthcare system.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities such as workshops, seminars, and clinical supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your approach to therapy will be guided by an individualized focus, recognizing the unique cultural, social, and emotional backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist in California (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).

• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is mandatory; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting clinical assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or related fields.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
