Required Qualifications

• Valid Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) Special Education license for Secondary grade band
• Ability to demonstrate (or willingness to complete) Rhode Island Structured Literacy proficiency within one year to comply with the Right to Read Act
• Prior experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorders or severe behavioral needs preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and support for high school students in self-contained/sub-separate settings
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
