Our therapists work from the comfort of their homes but also have access to our outpatient office in Spokane for meetings and training when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to facilitate positive outcomes.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that empower clients to share their experiences while receiving guidance on effective coping strategies.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services as needed to support clients during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment processes, and available community resources, fostering an environment of understanding and support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively engage in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives to enhance skills and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Stay informed about current research and best practices in mental health therapy to incorporate new techniques into treatment.

As a mental health therapist at Life Reconcile, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.

• Strong foundation in mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the needs of each client.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with computer applications relevant to telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
