Head of Sales

What You'll Do Drive Strategic Growth: Partner with executive leadership to scale North American revenue from single-digit to double-digit millions. Lead from the Front: Actively roll up your sleeves to build pipeline and close early key accounts alongside your team. Build the Playbook: Establish sales methodologies and processes that optimize a mid-market to enterprise outbound sales motion. Scale the Team: Manage, mentor, and eventually expand a high-performing sales organization. What We Are Looking For Experience: 10+ years of total sales experience, with 6+ years selling directly to enterprise Buyers Leadership Track Record: Proven experience managing and scaling sales teams of 10–15+ individuals. Startup & Scale-Up DNA: Demonstrated success navigating the 0-to-1 and 1-to-10 growth phases. Location: Ability to work full-time out of our San Jose office. OTE: 2x Base ($400,000 – $450,000 On-Target Earnings). Equity: Compelling early-stage equity package. #J-18808-Ljbffr Strativ Group
