Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses and developing effective, individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities personalized to the unique challenges and aspirations of each client.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring that clients feel secure and supported while navigating their immediate challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, adhering to both ethical and legal standards of confidentiality and record-keeping.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, all employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus.
