Legal Assistant - Real Estate

Job Summary A well‑established legal services firm is seeking a Legal Assistant – Real Estate to support a high‑volume transactional real estate practice in West Palm Beach, FL. This full‑time onsite role is ideal for an experienced legal assistant who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple attorneys with complex real estate transactions, closings, billing, intake, and client communications. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, revise, and organize real estate contracts, leases, closing documents, and related transactional materials. Assist attorneys with real estate closings, due diligence, document coordination, file management, and deadline tracking. Manage attorney calendars, meetings, correspondence, court filing support, and transaction‑related scheduling needs. Handle client billing processes, including paper and electronic billing, prebills, edits, timekeeper inquiries, expenses, and reimbursements. Support new business intake, conflict checks, client onboarding, case file setup, and ongoing matter administration. Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, vendors, and third parties while maintaining strict confidentiality.
