Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation reflects the highest ethical standards.

• Actively participate in case consultations and peer reviews to continuously enhance care quality and share diverse insights from your therapeutic experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.
