Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Master Social Worker at Optimum Care Counseling, you will be tasked with the following key responsibilities:

• Develop individualized support plans in collaboration with students, families, and educational staff, ensuring alignment with each student’s unique needs and aspirations.

• Provide therapeutic counseling sessions to students facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, or family issues, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, school administrators, and mental health professionals, to implement a holistic approach to student support.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for teachers and parents on mental health awareness, coping strategies, and resource availability.

• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records of interactions, assessments, and care plans within electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Advocate for students’ needs within the school and community, ensuring access to necessary resources and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
