Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based screening methods to accurately gauge their needs.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client goals, ensuring ongoing communication and collaboration with clients, their families, and service providers.

• Deliver a range of focused therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, aimed at providing compassionate support and practical strategies for recovery.

• Assist with crisis interventions, providing immediate assistance to clients in distress while maintaining a focus on safety and stability.

• Carry a manageable caseload, monitoring client progress and ensuring adherence to admission, stay, and discharge criteria.

• Complete all necessary documentation and reports promptly, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas for improving service delivery and quality improvements.

• Provide on-call coverage as needed, ensuring that clients have access to support during and after program hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on clients in a detox center who may be dealing with varying degrees of mental illness and emotional challenges resulting from substance use disorders or previous trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Engagement Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
