Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, followed by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client sessions weekly, providing dynamic therapeutic services that promote positive client outcomes and personal growth.

• Document all client interactions accurately, including treatment plans, ongoing assessments, and progress notes, in accordance with company policy and best practices in mental health documentation.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, forging strong therapeutic alliances with clients, and fostering collaboration with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing mental health service delivery.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and creative interventions to guide clients toward achieving and surpassing their therapeutic goals.

• Coordinate treatment with case managers, family members, healthcare providers, and educational staff to create comprehensive support systems for clients.

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, tackling issues such as relationship challenges, emotional distress, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n
