Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations of patients' mental health statuses utilizing recognized tools, including the DSM-5, to develop individualized care plans that reflect the diverse cultural backgrounds of our patients.

• Regularly monitor patient progress and adapt treatment interventions using evidence-based practices that contribute to effective mental health management.

• Document all clinical activities, including treatment records and reports, accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to formulate comprehensive treatment strategies that align with their needs and goals.

• Engage in proactive communication with other healthcare providers, coordinating referrals and maintaining a vibrant network of support for our patients.

• Mentor and educate interns, students, and volunteers to foster a culture of learning and excellence within the department.

• Participate in peer reviews and contribute to clinical workshops as guided by your supervisors to enhance team collaboration and development.

Compensation and Benefits\n
