Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients to establish specific goals and objectives.
\n
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy sessions using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate documentation of clients' progress towards their treatment goals in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Regularly monitor and assess clients' responses to treatment, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure integrated treatment approaches.

• Engage families in the counseling process, providing education and support to enhance understanding of mental health concerns and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will employ culturally competent practices to ensure that all clients feel respected and valued throughout their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in clinical practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n
