Lead all culinary operations across multiple dining outlets, in-room dining, and stewarding Develop seasonal, creative menus that reflect variety, quality, and a deep understanding of guest preferences Curatebespokediningexperiencestailoredtothetastesandexpectationsofluxuryguests Activelylistentoandincorporateguestfeedbacktocontinuallyelevatethediningprogram Manageprocurement,inventory,andsupplierrelationshipstomaintainthehighestproductstandards Deliver exceptional culinary output with a lean, well-developed team CollaboratecloselywiththeDirectorofF&B;onoverallfoodandbeveragestrategyWHAT YOU BRING
