Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and individualized therapy sessions for clients with diverse mental health concerns, ensuring that treatment is tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate meaningful progress for clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care, ensuring all aspects of clients' well-being are addressed.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, enhancing the integrity of client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Your work will focus on individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, particularly those with limited access to traditional care services. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set in handling a variety of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
